Simple warrior values

Either you are dps or tank below are all of the values needed

TANKS-
Defense-
-Heroic def cap= 535
-Raid def cap= 540 / 536 with the pvp shoulder enchant
-I also want to point out that this conversion is only good if your critable. Resilience after 540 defense WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For the resilience on this enchant to work in PvE you MUST have less than 540 defense. If you only have the 15 resilience from this enchant then your goal is to have 536-540 defense to be uncritable, and at the same time get some benefit from the resilience.

If you are still unsure if you are uncritable:
Add the crit reduction amount on the tooltip when you hover your resilience stat (not crit damage reduction amount), and then add it to the crit reduction amount on the tooltip when you hover over your defense. Since raid bosses' crit is set at 5.6% the sum your uncritable numbers must be equal to 5.6% or greater.

The conversions for being uncritable:
4.92 defense rating = 1 to defense skill = .04 reduced chance to be crit
1 resilience rating = .0106 reduced chance to be crit (as of patch 3.2 wich changed resilience)

-It is worth mentioning that "cap" does not mean the point where defense is useless. It instead is the point where you are proctected against critical hits from the enemies you are fighting and further points become subject to increasingly drastic diminishing returns as pure defense becomes overshadowed by other stackable stats. More in depth info on defense as well as formulas for its use can be found in the wowwiki article on defense.

Expertise
-Hard cap= 56 exp (460 exp rating) which equates to a 14% reduction in parry
-Certain races get bonus exp with weapons-
-Orcs= +5 exp 1/2h axes and fist weapons
-dwarves= 5 exp 1/2h maces
-humans= 1/2h swords and maces

Stamina-
-Stamina provides 1 health per stamina for the first 20 points of stamina, and 10 health per point of stamina thereafter.

Agility-
-Warriors receive 1% of dodge per 84.74576271 agility
-Increases armor by 2 per point
Strength-
-2 ap per point of str
- Improved block value by (str/2) rounding down

Armor-
The values for armor as well as armor caps and equations can be found here
http://www.wowwiki.com/Armor

Hit-
-8% to always hit a ?? mob with a special attack. 8% = 263

DPS- Arms and Fury -
Expertise-
-Soft cap is all that is needed. When attacking from behind all you need is 26 (214 rating) to remove all dodge chance from an enemy. Enemies also do not parry or block from behind. It is also worth mentioning that expertise is a lesser priority for arms then it is for fury.
-Should be noted exp is a lesser issue for arms because of both weapon mastery (-2% dodge chance) and Strength of arms (4 additional expertise for 2 talent points). So when gearing an arms warrior make sure to factor these talents into your choice of gear. (Thanks to Bacchanal)
Hit-
-Soft cap is 8% for special/ single weapon attacks. For arms spec this is 262.32 points. For fury this is lowered to 5% or 163.95 plus the 3% from the talent precision.
-Dual wield hard cap for hit is never shot for but for those curious it is 885.33 points or 27%.
Strength-
-Warriors get 2 points of ap per point of str. Fury also gets 20% extra str in berserker stance with its corresponding talent.
Agility-
-Warriors get 1% of additional crit per 62.5 points of agility
Critical Strike-
-Warrior crits deal 2x normal damage
-45.91 points of crit rating gives 1% extra crit chance
Attack power-
-Attack power increases your base dps by 1 for every 14 points. The equation for weapons dps affected by attack power is (Weapon DPS + AP/14) * Weapon Speed.

Armor penetration-
-13.99 armor penetration rating equates to a 1% lowering of enemies armor.
-Additional information on armor penetration, including tables for caps, can be found at http://www.wowwiki.com/Armor_penetration
-This rating works as a % and is not affected by debuffs like fairie fire feral or sunder armor. But it does stack with mace spec and the passive arp from battle stance.

Haste-
The formula for determining weapon speed haste can be found here; http://images.wikia.com/wikitex/images/8/84/848/64dba2c20f720fb09d94b555671f81.png

At lvl 80 32.79 haste equates to a 1% increase in attack speed.

Hopefully this helps out some people who needs the basic numbers for the warrior class.
